Add a one-of-a-kind western detail to your hat with a real playing card that is cut at an angle, lightly burned and distressed by hand, then tucked behind the ribbon or hat band.

Choose from two deck styles:

  • Western Outlaw Deck – western illustrated face cards and snake jokers
  • Vintage 808 Deck – vintage whiskey-inspired artwork and classic face cards

All cards in each deck are available. The pictured cards are examples only. Each card is finished by hand, so the cut, burned edges and distressing will vary slightly from piece to piece.

A small grommet is placed near the top-right corner. Leave it as-is or add one of our charms for an extra personalized detail. Charms are optional and sold separately unless included with your selected hat customization.

Designed to tuck behind ribbon, lace or a hat band. Add it to one of our custom hats or order it separately to style your own.
